Our History
Freelance Civil Services was established in 2003 by two Civil Engineers who had developed professionally in the field of civil construction project delivery. They had arrived at a point in their careers where they could make the decision to continue to provide service to their employers or to embark on the journey of building their own business. They chose the latter. Over the last eight years the business has grown and developed into a Civil Construction Consultancy that provides a wide range of services to our Clients. During this time the original aims that had been set may have changed somewhat however we have established ourselves as a preferred supplier in the field of Civil Engineering.
